Welcome to AOK! In this short training video, we’ll show you how team/org leaders can quickly and effectively use an All Hands message to account for their teams during an emergency.
You’ll see a real-world example of an All Hands alert sent during an active shooter scenario and learn how to:
Filter messages to focus on your specific teams
Respond to unverified team members directly within the app
Generate and share a complete accountability report once everyone is accounted for
By the end of this training, you’ll know exactly how to keep your team informed, organized, and safe when it matters most.
For Step by Step instructions on how to create and send a mustr, please see our guide: How to Send a Mustr (RFI).
Using an All-Hands Message to Mustr Your Team
Click on the All Hands message.
It will only show responses of teams that belong to you or you have permission to see. You can filter by which team you want to focus on by using the filter in the top right corner.
Follow Up with Team Members
For anyone who hasn’t responded, you can call or text them directly from within the app. This makes it easy to confirm their safety and mark them as accounted for.
If you speak to someone directly and confirm they’re safe, you can respond on their behalf in the app so your mustr report stays accurate and up to date.
Complete the Mustr and Generate a Report
Once all members of your team have been accounted for, generate a report right from the app. A CSV file will be sent to the email address on your account.
And you're done! Anyone in your command with the appropriate permissions will be able to see that your team is fully mustred.
