In addition to selecting a response to an RFI (Request for Information), you can also upload an image, PDF, or other file to provide visual documentation or supporting materials. This is especially useful for things like proof of completion, verification of a record, photos of site conditions, screenshots, signed forms, and more.
To submit an RFI response with an image or file:
Open the RFI Message:
Tap on the RFI you want to respond to from your inbox or notification list.
Tap the Select Files Field:
You can select a response if also required or tap in Select Files if you're only attaching a file.
Choose File Type:
Select from the available options (Upload Image, Upload PDF, Upload .docx, Upload .xlsx, or Upload .ppt)
Attach the File:
Once selected, the file will appear under the RFI question as your inputted file name.
Submit the Response:
Tap Submit Response to complete. Your image or file will be sent along with any other RFI question(s) responses.
Things to Keep in Mind:
You can attach multiple files if needed (images, PDFs, etc.).
You can only upload 4 files MAX per question
