How to Edit a Member’s Response
Navigate to Mustr Messages. This is where you’ll find the list of mustr messages.
Look for the message the member previously responded to.
Click on the answer pool the response is in, under Answered.
This will open the list of members who selected that response.
Select the member whose response you want to edit by clicking on the box to the left of their name. After that, select Bulk Actions.
Once at the Bulk action options, select Edit answer on behalf of members. This will apply whether you're editing for a singular member or multiple.
Make the necessary edits and click Edit response to save the edited submission.
*If you're editing responses for multiple members, the answer(s) they previously chose will not show on the screen as each member may have had a different answer. *Keep in mind you are editing for all at once, so the responses you choose will be the same for all selected.
Once the edit(s) are successful, you’ll see a “Response edited successfully” message at the bottom of the screen.
Additionally, after an edit, if you want to view the original response and any edits, you can do so by clicking on the three vertical dots next to their name, and click See response log.
Here you can see the original response added, any edits made, and timestamps showing who made the edit and when.
