Invalid Code or Expired Code? Here's How to Get a New One and Complete Your Registration

If you didn’t complete your registration because:

  • You accidentally deleted the welcome text

  • or Your registration link/code expired

Don’t worry! You can still get access quickly by following these steps:

⚠️ If you have not received a text message from AOK (833-949-3191) you must first be invited by your command to register.

Check Your Inbox and Spam

Search your text message inbox for our Mustr number: 833-949-3191


And your Spam! Sometimes phone carriers will hide our messages as spam. We are working with the text message delivery company, Apple and Google to resolve this.

Send Yourself a Recovery Code

Because your command has already shared your phone number with us (so we can connect your account when you register for app access), you can quickly request a new code in just a few steps:

Open the AOK app or in the web browser.

Tap Sign Up

Enter your phone number and tap Continue

Check your text inbox (and spam!) for the new link/code
