How to Generate a Checklist from a Hand Receipt

Create Your Checklist

Navigate to the Equipment tab in the navigation menu found in the top left corner.

Select the three vertical dots next to the name of your primary hand receipt.

Tap on Catalog.

Select all the items that need to be tracked.

Once you've completed selecting all relevant items for your checklist, tap on the three vertical dots in the bottom right corner.

Tap Create checklist. Name your checklist and save.

Finalize Checklist

Navigate to the Checklist tab in the navigation menu found in the top left corner.

Tap the three vertical dots next to the name of the checklist you just made and click Open.

Confirm all items are accounted for and ready to move to the next stage. Finalize the checklist by tapping on Finalize to lock it in and prevent changes. This step locks the checklist to prevent further changes.

Then tap Confirm.

Create a Copy

If you need to make edits after finalizing or create a new version of the original checklist, you can click the three vertical dots next to the name of the finalized checklist and tap Clone.
