This guide walks through the steps to generate a form directly from a checklist.
The process includes managing checklists, finalizing items, generating forms, signing, and ensuring proper validation and submission.
Create Your Checklist
Navigate to the equipment tab in the navigation menu found in the top left corner.
Select the three vertical dots next to the name of your primary hand receipt.
Tap on Catalog.
Select all the items that need to be tracked.
Once you've completed selecting all relevant items for your checklist, tap on the three vertical dots in the bottom right corner.
Tap Create checklist. Name your checklist and save.
Finalize Checklist
Navigate to the Checklist tab in the navigation menu found in the top left corner.
Tap the three vertical dots next to the name of the checklist you just made and click Open.
Confirm all items are accounted for and ready to move to the next stage. This step locks the checklist to prevent further changes.
Steps:
Review all checklist items to ensure nothing is missed.
Confirm and check off each relevant item
Finalize the checklist by tapping on Finalize to lock it in and prevent changes. Then tap Confirm.
After tapping confirm, you will see the Sign button.
Tap Sign.
You will see the option to generate a DA2062 or DD1750. Select the relevant one of the two based on the checklist content.
β
Add an End item description. Sign and then click Save, this will generate the form.
Validate the Form
Ensure that the generated form is complete and validated before final submission.
Navigate to the Form tab through the navigation menu.
Tap Select Form Type.
Tap on View under the name of the Form you made. You can view or download the form as a PDF.
Additional Forms (Optional)
If you need to generate additional forms based on the same checklist, you can do so easily:
Steps:
Return to your checklist or form section and Open the checklist.
Select Sign. Add an End Item Description, choose to Send to someone else to receive (only needed for DA 2062), sign it and tap Save.
Once the form is completed you can find it under the Form tab. From there you can view and download the form.
Things to Keep in Mind:
Double-Check Your Checklist: Ensure all items are included and properly categorized before finalizing.
Signature Requirements: Some forms may require signatures from multiple parties. Be sure to complete all necessary sign-offs.
Shared Forms: Once a form is generated and signed, it can be downloaded as needed for future reference.
