Hand Receipts Difference Report Export

This export makes it easier to review, share, and annotate changes to a hand receipt outside of the AOK app.

What’s New

Important

Review the Difference Report prior to committing to uploading your hand receipt. Verify all changes with your Supply Sergeant first to prevent errors.

Previously, the Difference Report could only be viewed in the app through "View Changes" when importing an updated hand receipt.

With this update, you can now:

  • Download the Difference Report as an Excel (.xlsx) file

  • Review changes offline

  • Share the report

  • Annotate or mark up changes for approval or record-keeping

The export includes a detailed, color-coded breakdown of all changes and is available on both web and mobile.

How to Export a Difference Report

Navigate to Equipment using the navigation menu in the top right corner.
Tap on Import updated hand receipt or comm memo.

Upload the updated hand receipt.

Once processing is complete, select View Changes to open the Difference Report.

In the bottom right corner of the screen, tap on the Download button (down arrow).

Once the Difference Report is created and ready to download, tap on Share to save it to your device.

What’s Included in the Excel Report

The exported Difference Report includes:

  • Date and time the report was generated

  • UIC (Unit Identification Code)

  • All items currently on the hand receipt

  • Color-coded Change Tracking

  • Modified items displays both old and new values

  • Description changes

  • Includes newly added serial numbers

  • Added items: Quantity changes from 0 to 1 (or higher)

  • Removed items: Quantity changes from 1 (or more) to 0 indicates items removed from the hand receipt

  • Transfer Source Column identifies when an item was removed from another individual’s hand receipt. It also shows which hand receipt the item was transferred from.

    Especially useful for:

    • Sub-hand receipts

    • Environments where multiple users share the same UIC
