Add, Move, or Remove Members

Overview

When managing team members, you can:

  • Add members to a team

  • Move members to another team (removes them from the original)

  • Remove members from a team

Tip: If you have members already grouped in one team (e.g. "All Pilots"), you can easily reassign them to another team without manually selecting each person again.

Steps to Manage Members

Many users simply need to manage one or two members at a time. Here’s how:

Add a Member

Go to the Teams tab.

Tap the three dots next to the team name.

Select Manage Team > Tap (+) Add new members

Search or select a member to add.

  1. Go to the Teams tab.

  2. Tap the three dots next to the team you want to edit.

  3. Select Manage Team.

From here, you can:

  • Tap (+) Add new members to add members to the team. You can also invite someone using your team's QR code.

  • Bulk move to other team(s): this removes the member(s) from the current team and adds them to another.

  • Bulk add to other team(s): this keeps the member(s) in the current team and adds them to another.

  • Bulk remove from team: to remove members from the team.

Combining Teams

To combine two teams (e.g., "Pilots" and "Drivers"):

  • Use Bulk move to other team(s) to consolidate all members into one team, removing them from their original.

  • Or use Bulk add to other team(s) to have members appear in both teams.

This saves time by avoiding manual member selection when setting up new teams.
