How to Schedule a Mustr

Schedule one-time or recurring Mustr messages to be sent at a future date and time. Broadcast, Status Check, or a RFI.

Scheduling Mustr Messages

You can schedule your Mustr messages in two ways:

  • One-Time: Send your message once at a specific future date and time.

  • Recurring: Set your message to repeat on a regular cadence (e.g., daily, weekly).

How to Schedule a One-Time Mustr

You have the ability to create your Mustrs in advance and schedule their delivery date and time (choosing your time zone).

You can view or edit your scheduled Mustrs anytime in the Scheduled tab.


Create your Mustr (broadcast, status check, or RFI):

  • Write your message (is applicable)

  • Choose the team(s) you're sending to

  • Attach any files (if needed)

Click on Schedule.

Select one of the time suggestions or tap on Pick a Date and Time to make your own. At this stage, you can also change your timezone if need be.

A pop-up calendar will appear. Choose your send date.

Choose your send time. Click on the time to edit it.

Click Schedule.

How to Schedule a Recurring Mustr

Create your Mustr (broadcast, status check, or RFI):

  • Write your message (if applicable)

  • Choose the team(s) you're sending to

  • Attach any files (if needed)

Click on Schedule.

Select Pick a Recurring Date and Time.

Choose your start date by selected the date text.

Select your start date, then tap OK.

You'll then be prompted to pick a time.

Click on Repeats to set the recurrence pattern.

Select your frequency and intervals.

  • Daily (with interval options, e.g., every 2 days)

  • Weekly (choose day(s) and intervals, e.g., every Tuesday for 4 weeks)

  • Yearly

Set an end date.

Confirm your time zone and click Done (top right corner).

Review your Mustr, then click Schedule (top right corner)

How to View Scheduled Mustrs

All recurring Mustrs will appear in the Scheduled tab of your Mustr log.
