Welcome to Log-E, a module of AOK. This guide introduces a powerful new feature that lets you quickly generate a Property Book with Photos directly from your hand receipts.

Whether you're a logistics manager, inventory specialist, or military personnel, this tool simplifies documentation, enhances asset tracking, and supports streamlined sharing.

Step-by-Step Guide

Access the Homepage

Navigate to the Log-E: Equipment tab.

Generate the Property Book

Locate the Hand Receipt. Example: We’ll use the Bravo Company hand receipt for this demo.

Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) next to BCO to open the menu.

Select “Generate Property Book.”

Log-E will automatically create a Picture Property Book, which includes:

  • A Title Page

  • A Table of Contents

  • Pages with item photos and detailed data

View the Property Book

Once generation is complete, tap “View” to open the file.

You'll see:

  • NSN (National Stock Number)

  • LIN (Line Item Number)

  • MPO

  • Quantity on-hand

  • Photos

  • Serial Numbers

Share the Property Book

To share, tap the three connected dots in the top right corner.

You can use any sharing method available on your device.

Tap “Done” to exit the view.

Your Picture Property Book is now generated, viewable, and shareable.
