Discover how to effortlessly navigate your hand receipt’s catalog with Log-E, a module of AOK. This tutorial guides you through Bravo Company's hand receipt, showing you how to filter items, use the search bar, tag multiple items, and more. Plus, learn how to generate a 2062 or 1750, assign selected items to a sub-hammer seat, and use other features for an unbeatable product management experience.

Step 1: Start by opening the Log-E module of AOK. You will first reach the homepage.

Step 2: Navigate to Bravo Company's hand receipt. This can be done by clicking on the three dots that appear in alignment with the hand receipt's name, and selecting 'Catalog'.

Step 3: Next, familiarize yourself with the layout. On the header at the top left, you'll find a 'Back' button for returning to the homepage. The middle displays the name of the hand receipt, while adjacent to it is a 'Collapse' and 'Expand' button.

Step 4: Get an overview of your receipt by clicking the 'Expand' button. This will show all the details down to the serial number level.

Step 5: Use the filter feature to sort items by their tags or by the sub-hand receipt. For instance, to view all broken items, click on the 'Broken' tag and hit 'Apply'.

Step 6: To return to an unfiltered view, click on 'Broken' and again apply.

Step 7: The 'Search' bar is there to help if you are looking for something specific. Type in the name or serial number of the item to find it.

Step 8: Select multiple items by clicking on their respective images. Expand the list first if you want to do this for specific serial numbers.

Step 9: To select all items, click on the menu that pops up at the bottom and select 'All'.

Step 10: Explore the bottom menu. Click on the clipboard to generate a 2062 or 1750.

Step 11: Next, notice the vertical dots to the right of the clipboard. Clicking this will pull up another menu letting you select a spreadsheet by NSN or by the item. You can assign selected items to a sub-hammer seat or tag multiple items.

Step 12: Attempt tagging multiple items. For example, if two items are staying while packing out, click on 'Tag notes to items', then on 'Stay' and 'Save'. All selected items will now bear a 'Stay' tag.

This concludes the basic navigation of our catalog. Look forward to our next videos for more detailed instructions.
