Checklists and sublists help streamline the inventory process by letting you track item level accountability and delegate responsibility across your team.

Checklists: Created by selecting specific items (or all items) from a hand receipt or subhand receipt to verify presence, make notes, organize packout workflows, sensitive items, and cyclic inventory.

Sublists: Allow you to assign portions of a checklist to others (e.g. by equipment category or team responsibility) so they can complete reviews independently.

Who Can Create a Checklist?

  • An owner of a primary or subhand receipt

  • Team members assigned to checklists or sublists must have AOK app access (SMS or Text users will not be able to access the lists)

Create a Checklist (or add to an existing checklist)

Navigate to the Log-E Equipment tab using the navigation menu in the top left corner.

Locate the desired hand receipt (primary or subhand). Click on the three dots next to the name and tap on Catalog.
