Welcome! Below are answers to some of the most common questions about Adyton Operations Kit (AOK). If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us

Q: I'm interested in your product. How do I get started?

A: You can email INFO@ADYTONPBC.COM or call us (469) 382 5897.

Please include:

  • Your Full Name

  • Rank

  • Branch

  • Command

  • Division (if applicable)


Q: How do I register for an account?

A: If you're not new to your command, chances are your command has already shared your information with us, meaning your account is ready and just needs to be finalized.

If you're having trouble registering because your phone number isn’t being recognized, it may not match what your command provided. Please reach out to your team lead to have your number updated, or contact support at info@adytonpbc.com for help.


Q: I'm a new check-in. How do I sign up?

A: Your department head or division leader will need to add you. Here are the instructions for them: How to invite users.


Q: Is the app required?

A: Using the app is optional for most users. If you prefer to stay with SMS alerts, you can continue receiving Mustr notifications via text and respond through the secure link provided in each message using your phone’s web browser, no additional action is required.

However, the app is required for team leaders and anyone who needs to send out information through Mustr. This ensures you have full access to all features needed to manage communications effectively.


Q: I've left my command. How do I stop receiving alerts?


Q: I'm not receiving a confirmation or invite code.

A: Search your text message SPAM inbox for our Mustr number: 833-949-3191 or check your SPAM folder in your email.

Q: How do I update my profile or change contact information?

A: Tap on your profile icon in the navigation menu within the app, then choose “Edit” next to your Contact Information to update your number or email.


Q: How do I remove myself from a Team?

A: Simply click on the three dots next to your assigned team's name and select Leave Team.

Team Management (For Team Leaders, Org Leaders, or Org Admins)

Q: How do I create a team or unit in the app?

Q: How do I invite new users or remove those who left the command?

A: You can invite new users or remove current users directly through the app. Follow this guide: How to Invite & Remove Users

Q: Can I assign different roles or permissions to users?

A: Yes, you can assign them roles by clicking on the arrow next to their name on the People page. Then under Organization Roles, you can assign them a role.
