Adjusting Notifications

Use this article to adjust how Mustr notifications appear on your phone.

Items discussed:



  1. On the Settings page, open by clicking on the three lines at the top left corner.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Settings.

  3. Click on Notifications

  4. If Push Notifications shows "Off", tap on Push Notifications

    ***Note: opening the Push Notifications tab will take you to your phone settings and will differ depending on the type of phone you have.***



On iPhone:

  1. Tap Notifications.

  2. Toggle Allow Notifications on/off as desired.

    ***Note: you can also control whether notifications will be: Sounds, Badges, previewed, grouped.***



On Android:

***Note: you will be taken to the App Info section in your phone settings where you can change notification settings, permissions as well as set an App timer.***

Once in the App Info section:

  1. Tap on notifications.

***Note: you will be able to turn off notifications altogether or specific types of notifications from the Mustr app (e.g.: Actions, Miscellaneous, chat replies or New chats).***



Sign up for Email Notifications:

*** Please Note ***

  • Email notifications are in ADDITION to text (SMS) or app messages

  • Email notifications are sent to the Email on file for your AOK account

  • If you are not an AOK app user but want emails for either all or only urgent messages, please email support@adytonpbc.com or request your team leader to update it for you.

How to update your settings in the AOK App:

  1. Click on the three lines at the top left corner

  2. Access your "Settings" at the bottom of your app menu

  3. Click "Notifications."

  4. Toggle ON "Allow Email Notifications"

  5. Choose if you want only Urgent or all messages sent as email
