Adjusting Notifications

Make sure you're alerted to new messages, choose email notifications if you're in a SCIFF/ you have no connection.

Turn on Notifications within the App:

Open the Navigation Menu by clicking on the three lines at the top left corner.

Scroll to the bottom and click on Settings.

Click on Notifications

If Push Notifications shows "Off", tap on Push Notifications

Note: Opening the Push Notifications tab will take you to your phone settings and will differ depending on the type of phone you have.

If you no longer want to receive Push Notifications, simply tap Allow Push Notifcations to be redirected to the app's settings in your phone and turn off the notifications.


Sign up for Email Notifications:

Please Note

  • Email notifications are in ADDITION to text (SMS) or app messages

  • Email notifications are sent to the Email on file for your AOK account

  • If you are not an AOK app user but want emails for either all or only urgent messages, please email support@adytonpbc.com or request your team leader to update it for you.

How to Allow Email Notifications in the AOK App:

Following the same flow above to get to the notifications page.

  1. Click on the three lines at the top left corner

  2. Access your "Settings" at the bottom of your app menu

  3. Click "Notifications."

  4. Toggle ON "Allow Email Notifications"

  5. Choose if you want only Urgent or all messages sent as email

If you no longer want to receive Email alerts, simply toggle the button off.


Sign up for SMS Notifications

Please note SMS (text message) notifications are separate from push or email messages.

If you are not using the AOK app, you will automatically be set to receive all Mustr Messages as SMS Texts.

Ensure your mobile number is correct and up to date in your AOK profile.

If you're unsure which number is associated to you, reach out to your command or our support team.
