Not Receiving AOK: Mustr Text Messages?
If you're no longer receiving AOK: Mustr messages via text, here’s what you need to know:
📱 If You Recently Registered for the AOK App
When you register for the AOK app, you’ll receive a text message saying we will no longer contact you via text. This is expected.
Once you have the app, your command will send messages through the app instead of SMS—unless there’s an emergency, in which case you may still get a text.
📵 If You Did Not Register for the App
If you are not using the AOK app (and have not registered an email previously) and you accidentally typed “STOP” in response to a message from 833-949-3191, you’ve opted out of receiving AOK texts.
To start receiving messages again, simply reply with:
“START”
(to the number 833-949-3191)
This will re-enable text message delivery.
