All org members have access to the All Hands bulletin board.
Every team has a bulletin board where team-specific information can be shared with those who are members.
Types of Bulletin Board content:
Post: In the example below a post is displayed as the Commander's Intent. This is a freeform message or note.
Sections: These are themed folders with different resources and information within.
