The Bulletin Board is a central space to share and access important information; visible to any app user in your command.
All members can view the All Hands bulletin board.
Each team also has its own Team Bulletin Board for sharing internal, team-specific information.
Types of Content on the Bulletin Board:
POSTS
A post is a freeform message or note.
Example: A "Commander's Intent" message from a team lead.
Great for updates, required reading, announcements, or summaries.
SECTIONS
Sections are folders used to group themed content.
Use Sections to organize related materials or resources by topic or project.
Example: Chaplain's number, Legal info, Mental Health Resources
Types of resources you can add to a Section:
Files (PDFs, Images, .docx, .xlsx, .ppt)
Hyperlinks or URLs
Phone Numbers
Email Addresses
How to Add Content
*Only Org Leaders and Org Messengers have permissions to post to the All Hands bulletin board. Team Leaders have access to their team's board.
Click on "+ Actions" button or "+" (if on mobile) to add:
1. New Post
After tapping + Actions, tap on Create new post
Enter a title via the Subject field and content in the "What's on your mind?" box. Then click Next.
You can toggle "Require Acknowledgment" to add an "Acknowledge" button on the post, team members can click on. This will then populate a Status Report so you can see who acknowledged, saw it, or who hasn't seen it. Want to export the Status Report? Click here.
After you click Next, you will be presented with a preview of your post. When ready, click Post to publish.
2. New Section
After tapping + Actions, tap on Create new section
Enter a Section Name and click Add a Resource. You can add:
Upload a File (PDFs, Images, .docx, .xlsx, .ppt)
Add a Hyperlink or URL
Add a Phone Number
Add an Email Address
Toggle "Require Acknowledgment" to add an "Acknowledge" button next to the resource that team members can click on. This will then populate a Status Report so you can see who acknowledged, saw it, or who hasn't seen it. Want to export the Status Report? Click here.
Once you're done, click "Save" and you will see a "Section successfully created" confirmation message.

How to Export the Resource Report Details
This report is helpful for accountability tracking, required reading compliance, or briefing leadership.
Note: Status reports are only available for posts and section resources where Acknowledgment is required.
Go to the post or section in the Bulletin Board.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) for posts or the checkmark next to a resource and click "Open Status Report".
Select "Send Report". The report will be sent to your email on file as a .xlsx.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
You must have Require Acknowledgment toggled on for a Resource Report to be made and you can only export the report for each individual resource not for an entire section.
For Post:
For each Section Resource:
