Use this article to learn how to share files or documents into Mustr.

Uploading a file

If you wish to upload a file for later use, you can do this in the Files tab of your Mustr app.

  1. Tap the navigation lines at the top left of the page.

  2. Tap the Files tab

  3. Tap Upload in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  4. Choose the option of uploading a PDF or JPEG

    ***Note: you will have to grant app permission to access these files.***

  5. Choose the file you wish to upload (25MB limit).

  6. Once the file is uploaded you will see “File Uploaded”.

  7. Tap Done in the top right corner to return to your main Mustr dashboard.



Sending a file directly to a team

***Note: if you wish to send a file to a specific team, you will have to create a broadcast message.***

  1. Tap the + sign in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select Broadcast.

  3. Compose message.

  4. Tap Add an attachment.


  5. Select an option: Upload a PDF or Upload a Photo.

    ***Note: you will also be able to select files that were previously uploaded to your organization’s Files tab (under Recent files).

***Note: all the documents that you send to teams will be available under the Files tab, labeled "Sent by me".
