ONLY AOK Organization Leaders or Messengers have the ability to send All Hands messages for Muster/Recall/Drill scenarios in AOK.
Once an Org Leader/Messenger sends the All Hands message, Team Leaders can see their team responses and respond on behalf of those who report to them.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Mustr Module
1. Sending an Alert-Org Leaders or Org Messengers
Access the AOK app or desktop version URL: web.app.adytonpbc.com.
Click "Send Message" located at the bottom right corner.
Select a Request for Information (RFI) to achieve alert, instruction, and muster objectives with one message.
Target the "All Hands" team to ensure comprehensive outreach.
2. Crafting the Message
Subject Line:
Utilize the new subject line feature to ensure visibility, even for those with low cell service. This line appears in the text body and does not require opening the secure link.
Opt for the "urgent" setting to emphasize the message's importance. This status will automatically be displayed in red for app users.
3. Building RFI Questions
Location Inquiry:
Formulate a multiple-choice question asking for personnel locations. Provide common location options and disable "Not Applicable."
Safety Confirmation:
Include a yes/no question confirming personnel safety. Select the option to receive notifications for negative responses, ensuring prompt attention.
4. Reviewing and Adjusting Questions
Adjust the order of questions based on priority, placing "Are you safe?" at the top.
Send the RFI once the questions are finalized.
5. Analyzing Responses
Monitor responses in real-time, filtering by team to facilitate leader oversight.
Respond on behalf of members who communicate through alternate means.
Send reminders and generate reports via CSV files for record-keeping.
