When someone sends a Mustr (RFI, Status Check, or Broadcast), their team members are notified via SMS. That SMS contains a Weblite link: a special link that lets team members quickly respond without needing to:
Open the app
Log in manually
Instead, the link recognizes the team member by their phone number and securely connects the response to their account.
What’s Changing
Previously:
Weblite links never expired. Team members could respond at any time via the SMS link.
Now:
To improve security and reduce confusion from delayed responses, Weblite links now expire after 30 days.
What Happens After 30 Days?
Clicking an expired link will show a message saying that the link has expired
To respond, the team member will need to open the AOK app
Why This Matters
Security: Prevents old links from being accessed or shared by mistake
Timeliness: Encourages faster, more relevant responses from your team
What You Should Do
Let your team know they have 30 days to respond to any Weblite link
Encourage them to act on messages promptly
If someone mentions their link isn’t working, have them check the date they received the link, and if the message is available in the app.
