What is a Mustr?
A Mustr is a secure, structured message sent by an ORG or TEAM LEADER to your mobile device via:
a push notification in the AOK app
or SMS/text Message (for text only users)
requesting a response in the form of:
Status Check
Broadcast Message
Request for Information (RFI)

To send a Mustr, you'll need the appropriate permissions. Visit our Permissions and Roles page to confirm your role allows you to create and send Mustrs.
If you're part of multiple Commands, ensure you're in the correct account: Switching Between AOK Organizations
How to View Mustrs
You can view and respond to musters by:
Tapping the notification on your mobile device which will open the AOK app or by manually opening the AOK app.
โIf you're an SMS-Text Only user, you will simply receive the mustr through a link in a text message alert which will open up the mustr message in your phone's browser.

For Team Members
As a team member, your main job in Mustr is to respond clearly and quickly when a Mustr is sent your way. Hereโs what you need to know:
Tap the push notification or link in your SMS to open the Mustr. Then, reply with the requested info: status, answers, or file uploads.
For Team or Org Leaders / Org Admins
For Team or Org Leaders / Org Admins
As a team leader or org admin, your role includes managing your team, sending Mustrs, and making sure everyone is up to date.
Adding New Team Members
Need to bring someone onto your team? You can invite them directly through the AOK app.
Create a Team
Creating separate teams allows you to send targeted Mustrs, assign team specific roles, and manage communication more effectively.

Editing Someone's Response
Team members canโt always fix their replies โ but you can edit them on their behalf.
Schedule a Mustr for later
Want your message to go out at a specific time? You can schedule it in advance.
Viewing and Exporting Mustr Responses
Once a Mustr has been sent, you can view who has responded, see their answers, and track any missing responses, all from the Message Details page (as mentioned in Mustr Message Delivery).
If you need to share this data or analyze it further, you can export the responses into an Excel spreadsheet.
Sharing Files with Your Team
You can upload and share important documents with your team through the Files Tab, Bulletin Board, or including it in a Mustr.
