The Excel export feature lets you download response data from any current or past Mustr within the AOK app. It's designed for commands that need to turn in data into shareable, structured reports: quickly and easily. It's a simple one-button process.


* ONLY Organization Leaders, Organization Messengers (All Hands mustrs only), and Team Leaders for the team can access and export this information.

How to Generate an Excel Report

Follow these simple steps to export your Mustr data:

Access Your Mustrs

Open the AOK app.

Tap Messages in the navigation drawer in the left top corner or select a Mustr directly from the landing page.

Browse your list of active or archived Mustrs.
Tap the Mustr you want to export responses from.

Generate the Report

Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

Tap Send Report.

View your Email on File for the Report

An Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet will be automatically emailed to the address linked to your AOK account. Scroll down to the attachment and open it to view the Message Report, Message Responses, and the Detailed Report.

⚠️ The report reflects the most up-to-date response data at the time of request.

❗️You can generate reports multiple times, whenever you need the most current data.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • Make sure your AOK account email is correct and accessible.

  • The report includes all user responses and metadata (e.g., timestamp, user name).

  • Reports are ideal for compliance documentation, attendance tracking, or operational summaries.
