As a Team Leader, your role is to ensure clear communication, accurate personnel accountability, and efficient reporting. Adyton’s Mustr platform provides the tools you need to manage your team, send updates, and monitor readiness in one secure app.
What to Expect from Mustr

Step 1: Access Your Command
Before managing your team, you'll want to ensure you're set up within the app:
After you've received the welcome text from 833-949-3191
Register & Log in to Mustr (via web or mobile app).
Your command will grant you leadership permissions.
Review your assigned unit, department, or division (team).

Step 2: Build and Verify Your Roster
Once you’re registered and have access to your command, make sure everyone on your team is also registered. To get started, review these guides:
Adding or Removing Team Members in AOK
Here’s how to add or remove someone from your command:
Go to the People tab.
Click on the plus icon in the bottom right corner. Then Invite a member.
You can add a member directly from your contacts or by entering their phone number.
Once invited, confirm team access.
*Or use a QR code to invite team members.
To Remove a User from the command, click on the arrow next to their name, then the three vertical dots next to their name and select Remove from Organization.
Note: You can manage rosters and make bulk updates in the People Tab.

Step 3: Organize Your Team Structure
Once you’ve confirmed that everyone on your team has access to AOK, it’s time to build out your sub-teams. You can organize your personnel by:
Division
Duty Section
Specialized Team
Leadership Group
To get started, follow our guide on Team Setup.
Once your teams are set up, define how your organization will view and report.
You can grant delegate permissions and name a Team Leader for each sub team (division or duty section). This ensures accountability reports and Mustr messages reach the right audience. View our Roles and Permissions guide.
Step 4: Send Your First Mustr Message
Now you're ready to send your first mustr!
Send your first message to your department.
You can send:
Broadcasts: one-way announcements to all members.
RFIs (Requests for Information): gather responses or updates.
Status Checks: confirm accountability or readiness.
Example: In an emergency, send a Broadcast to account for your unit's awareness.

Step 5: Track Message Delivery and Responses
Use our Data & Reporting Guides Collection to:
Monitor delivery success and responses.
Identify unresponsive or unreachable members.
Export reports for review.

Step 6: Keep Information Current
Keep your roster up to date. Regularly update:
Team assignments when members transfer.
Status changes in your roster.
If someone is no longer a part of your command or team, here is how to remove them:
How to Manage Teams: Go to the Teams tab > Click on the three dots next to the team name > Manage Team > Click on the three dots next to the team members name > Remove from Team
Remove Someone from the Command: Go to the People tab > Click on the team members name > Tap the three dots next to their name > Remove from Organization
Troubleshoot team members unable to sign up.
